Co-Exhibitor participation - Organizational

  • book your favorite booth

​

  • You will get:

    • 2 free exhibitor passes​

    • your Logo on the wall behind the bar and on your booth

    • Graphic board on your booth: 1.000 x 1.800 mm
      (graphic to be provided by you)

    • 40''  LED screen with your presentation, carpet, standing table and bar stools

    • Privtate meeting rooms to rent

    • Full catering service all day through for you and your guests in the VIP-Lounge

    • Access to the evening program and to the international network
      of the European High-Tech Pavilion® team

    • 500,00 € Ticket Flat Rate (can be used for ordering additional employee or guest tickets)

  • Cost plan:

    • costs for a booth depends on the booth number​

    • first invoice will send out in February '23

      • 100 % booth price​

      • communication fee of 950,00 €

    • Tickets or any additional services can be payed always latest 14 days after invoice date netto​

  • Important additional information:

    1. Please contact us before June 15th , 2023, if you have additional requests with regards the booth interior and positioning of your products, if any​

    2. Please contact us before June 15th, 2023 if you want to hold a press conference

    3. Please send us before the July 1st, 2023 your logo and graphic board information

    4. Please send us before the July 1st, 2023

      • your presentation for the 40'' TV screen on your booth (ppt or mp4) and​

      • your presentation in the loop with all other participants on the large LED screen behind the bar (Format of the presentation PPT 16:3: max. 3 minutes / max. 10 slides (in case of integrated video use mp4 format only))

    5. Take care of the insurance of your pruducts, laptops etc.

    6. As mentioned in the "Exhibition Conditions IAA Mobility 2023" (see link and chapter 62/63 below) listings in the event media are mandatory for every co-exhibitor. The event media content is based on data and information that you will send us. We will immediately forward this information to the respective service provider.​

--> This communication fee of 950,00 € plus VAT is compulsory for every co-exhibitor and will be invoiced by us separatly.

  • The fee covers the following services:

    • ​Listing with complete address and communication data in the IAA App and the IAA Exhibitor Portal

    • 3 entries in the List of Products and Services in the IAA App and IAA Exhibitor Portal​

    • Teaser tect in all exhibitor lists (80 characters d+e) in the IAA Exhibitor Portal plus company text (800 characters d+e) in the exhibitor profile in the IAA App and in the IAA Exhibitor Portal

    • Key visual in the exhibitor profile in the IAA App and in the IAA Exhibitor Portal

    • Social media links in the IAA App and in the Exhibitor Portal

    • Alphabetical entry with address data, incl. web address in the IAA Visitor Guide​​

7. We offer you a ticket flat rate of an amoint of 500,00 €!

  • You can use this sum to order additional:

    • exhibitor passes
      (300,00 € p.p., incl. catering at the European High-Tech Pavilion      ®) ​

    • guests tickets (€ tbd., only valid during the official opening hours)
